I've finally done it. This is my second attempt in making the Legate and this time I got him right. This is one villain that Blackjack can not beat and did not beat. He is fast, strong, practically immortal and in Blackjacks word "could punch right through steel". He wears the skull and bones of a dragon to hide his face and is the leader of the Zebra remnant and the Brood.
